Tulip Paper Studio is a small, family-run studio. We try to keep things simple, and that goes for how we handle your information too. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the order form on our Place Order page. That includes your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write describing your order.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you send through the order form to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and fulfill your order. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Service providers we rely on

To run this website we use a few outside services. Each one only sees what's needed to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. Cloudflare may log routine connection information (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
• Cloudflare Turnstile is the "I'm not a robot" check on the order form. It helps us keep out spam and bots.
• Email delivery: when you submit the order form, the contents are emailed to us so we can read and reply to it.

Cookies

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may set a small number of technical cookies needed for security and bot protection. These aren't used to profile you or follow you around the web.

How long we keep your information

We hold on to order inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us through the contact form on the site and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
